These terms apply to your use of the NRH Autoworks website. By using the site you agree to them, so please take a moment to read them. They cover the website only.

About us

These terms do not cover repair work

These are terms of use for the website. They are not terms for repairs, servicing, bodywork or any other work on your vehicle. The terms for any work, including price, timescales and any guarantee, are agreed directly between you and the garage before the work goes ahead.

Information on this website

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general guidance only. Services, opening hours and other details can change, and we cannot promise that the site will always be available, complete or free from errors. If something matters to your decision, please check with us first.

Enquiries and online estimates

  • An enquiry is not a booking. Sending a repair or quote request does not create a booking or a contract. Nothing is booked until we have confirmed it with you.
  • Estimates are indicative. Any estimate we give in response to an online enquiry is a guide based on the information you have provided. This applies especially to bodywork estimates based on photographs, because photos cannot show everything, including damage hidden beneath panels. All estimates are subject to us inspecting the vehicle, and the price may change once we have seen it. We will always discuss this with you before any work is carried out.

Vehicle lookup data

When you enter a registration number, the vehicle details shown come from the DVLA and DVSA vehicle enquiry services. We do not create or check that data, and it may occasionally be incomplete, out of date or unavailable. Please tell us if anything shown about your vehicle looks wrong.

Uploading photographs

When you use the photo upload facility, you agree that you will:

  • only upload photographs that you took yourself or otherwise have the right to share;
  • only upload images relevant to your vehicle and your enquiry;
  • not upload anything unlawful, offensive or harmful, or anything containing viruses or malicious code; and
  • not misuse the forms, for example by sending spam or automated submissions.

We may remove any upload, and disregard any enquiry, that breaks these rules. How we handle your photos and details is explained in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including the text, design, logo and images, belongs to NRH Autoworks or is used with permission. You are welcome to view and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy, republish or use the content commercially without our written permission. You keep ownership of any photos you upload; you simply allow us to use them to deal with your enquiry.

Links to other websites

This site may link to websites run by others, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, this website is provided free of charge for general information, and we are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, or that results from relying on the website's content rather than on advice we have given you directly about your vehicle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies when you use the site.
